PIRANHA ASSIGNMENT REVIEWED -

5.0 out of 5 stars Another great Morgan and Felicity adventure

Reviewed: Dennis LaRaja

Morgan Stark and Felicity O'Brien become very close friends after you read their first two adventures: The Payback Assignment and The Orion Assignment. With the new third adventure in the series, The Piranha Assignment, it's like those two close friends have come over to your house for a visit. The Piranha Assignment has everything you are looking for in a fast paced thriller - An evil villain, a musclebound giant of a bodyguard who of course wants to kill Morgan, life or death situations, impossible odds, and a very satisfying ending. Actually, I think I would be fascinated reading a chapter or two of Morgan and Felicity doing laundry. But they do not have time to do laundry in The Piranha Assignment. They are too busy fighting for their lives and saving the lives of many other people. You will not be disappointed in this series.

In The Piranha Assignment Austin Camacho displays as much command of action as he does of the urban underbelly in his gritty Hannibal Jones mysteries. Not content with being the next Walter Mosely, Camacho sets his sights on Vince Flynn and James Rollins, matching them both with this lightning paced, high stakes thriller that puts America in its cross hairs and scores a bulls-eye. A stunning triumph of both style and substance, The Piranha Assignment proclaims a shining new voice to be heard above the crowd.

--Jon Land, bestselling author of Strong Justice

A real delight! Camacho treats us to a roller coaster of international intrigue, populated with compelling heroes, quirky villains and up to the minute geopolitics.
--Jeffery Deaver, Author of Carte Blanche

In The Piranha Incident, Camacho takes readers on a rollicking, non-stop action ride into the jungles of Panama and beyond. Mix two compelling heroes, international intrigue, a dastardly villain, and a cold-fusion-powered submarine, and you've got a can't-miss recipe for thrills. Move aside, James Bond. Take a seat, Jason Bourne. Morgan Stark and Felicity O'Brian are on the scene, ready to save the day!

If you love TV's Burn Notice, you will definitely be enthralled with The Piranha Assignment.
It's one part spoof of government spies and 99% a real page-turner thriller. Austin Camacho authors a militant marvel. The author's own interesting background gives him plenty of fodder for many more thrillers.
--Barbara Levenson, author of the Mary Magruder Katz mystery series, Fatal February and Justice In June

A compelling novel of international intrigue and adventure. Like the other "Assignment" books in series, a definite page turner!" -- R. Barri Flowers, criminologist and bestselling author of MURDER IN MAUI and THE SEX SLAVE MURDERS
The Piranha Assignment reads like hard-boiled Ian Fleming, it has all the larger-than-life villains, sexy ladies and high-caliber action of classic spy novels but with a bad ass attitude.
